Paddleboarding, often referred to as SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding), is fantastic way to enjoy our vast array of waterways, to see and experience our wonderful outdoor environments up close. Lets us help you move towards independence!

What to expect during a coached SUP session:
Here just some of the things we’ll cover – but remember, this is ‘YOUR’ session, so we’ll tailor the session to your needs.
- Firstly, we’ll have loads of fun!!!
- You’ll learn new skills!
- Learning will be at ‘YOUR’ pace, and relevant to ‘YOUR’ needs.
- Improve balance, coordination and confidence!
- Rescue Skills; Self Rescue, helping others, calling for help.
- Clothing, equipment & Environment – The more we know the safer we can be!
What’s Included:
- Two hours of coaching (includes kitting up and briefing)
- FREE use of our SUP’s, Paddles & Buoyancy Aids
- * If you would like to use your own equipment, please do feel free to bring it along – Just be aware that we will need to inspect the equipment to ensure it meets the required safety standards prior to use on one of our sessions. Â
- FREE use of our long john (sleeveless) wetsuits, if required
- Your Paddle UK ‘Paddle Start’ Certificate
- Launch Fees
- Parking
- Toilets & Changing Facilities.
What’s Not Included?
- Lunch/Drinks
- Transport: You need to be able to get to and from the venue
Pre-Requisites/what you need:
- Aged 18 plus.
- Reasonable water confidence (non-swimmers welcome)
- Clothing to paddle in, suitable to the weather conditions on the day
- FOOTWEAR to paddle in – footwear is mandatory for all our sessions (no crocs, sliders, sandals or wellies)
- Full set of dry clothes, dry shoes and a towel for the end of the session.
